Recipe by request

Salam...

Just a quick one.. hehe actually was about to sleep sdh but then baru notice when i checkd out tika's blog... huhu a request for buttermilk chicken recipe... sorry dalenk baru ku tebaca ur post.. not too late kan hehe baru jua 2 hari.. and before that.. free ur mind babe.. dont think too much.. if u had enough just go on lah.. hehehe sorry ah bukan nda peduli all this while about u.. actually i kno wats goin on bca dri nick pun faham but nonetheless i think u can handle it better right.. sik kamek tau jua kan advice apa.. hehehe just make the right choice for you and dont burden urself ayttt... take good care of urself sja.. watever u do..

so here is the recipe.. nda ada specific sukatan ni ah.. hehe pandai2 tah menjangka..

Chicken ( boneless / up to ur preference lah)
Corn flour
Pepper (white/black)
Garlic (blend/tumbuk)
bit of salt
*halia - pun boleh jua campur if u want

*bahan d atas ani campurkan then goreng dulu - not too dry

sosnya...
butter (unsalted/salted- if pakai this jgn campur garam byk takut masin)
susu Ideal
gula
curry leaves
cili potong

- masukkan susu then put in butter... biarkan butter cair
- put in garam (if perlu) & gula secukup rasa
- masukkan daun kari & cili potong
- last sekali masukkan ayam yg sdh d goreng b4 & gaul if pekat then its ready

just another post...

Salam

Oh well apologies for the lack of updates... huhu

Its my very FINAL exam week.. baru satu paper done.. huhu 6 more to come and to be exact esok will be my 2nd paper..Maths.. huhu sempat2 jua lagi kan blogging.. hehe i did go thru my notes sdh. yeaa not bad... hehe esk tah lgi browsing thru.. huhuhu i had enough for tonight.

actually went out tdi to see my nephew's & nieces' concert at ICC.. it was fun... especially tengok my anak2 buah punya bakat terpendam.. wat i mean terpendam betul2 terpendam berabis... hehe it was a very nice suprise to see them dancing on the stage.. oh well ada groove~ hehe so cute! little dhirah with her punggung shaking.. heh cute eyh.. and then my dear zahin lgitah cute with his aspalela dance... exclusive berabis since he wont show his moves at home..not even a single step.

the habit of procrastinating usually dtg time xm.. huhu why i said so .. pasal tdi i cant focus 100% for my revision..hence i decided to hav a break wat popped out frm my mind was... i need to bake something.. i mean at least somethin to do in the kitchen...hahaha weirdo kan.. oh well a way of buang stress la tu.. hence i remember a simple recipe i browsed earlier.. went out tdi ptg ke filling station first refill fuel then to the shop bought necessary items for my cook activity... hehe.. recipe below.. got it from myresipi website. however modified the fillings plg.. instead of curry replaced it with oyster sauce & black pepper..

Lapis roti berdaging

Bahan-bahan ( 6-8 orang )
3 biji kentang di potong dadu
500gm daging cincang
1 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu besar serbuk kari
3 sudu makan minyak untuk menumis
12-14 keping roti
500ml susu segar
3 biji telor
secubit garam
Parutan cheese (banyak ikut suka)
Sedikit margerin untuk melenser


Cara-cara
Blend bawang+bawang putih kemudian panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang serta masukkan serbuk kari dan juga daging cincang+kentang+garam
Satukan Susu+telor+secubit garam
Pukul susu+telor+garam hingga sebati
Celupkan kesemua roti dalam adunan tadi
Ramas-ramaskan kesemua roti tadi
lenserkan bekas tahan panas dengan sedikit margerin dan letakkan 1/3 bahagian roti yang telah di ramas
Kemudian letakkan separuh daripada daging+kentang yang telah di masak tadi atas lapisan roti
Ulangi proses di dgn meletakkan satu lagi bahagian roti dan selebih bahan daging+kentang dan dilapisan akhir dengan 1/3 lebihan roti
Taburkan parutan cheese (banyak ikut suka)
Bakar dengan api sederhana selama 30-45mins atau sampai lidi tak lekat
Boleh dihidangkan semasa panas dan potong ikut suka
Jika inginkan lebih pedas boleh hidangkan bersama sos
